Community Partnerships

Throughout the planning process, the Committee will engage in conversations with key individuals, organizations, and groups to obtain valuable insights and perspectives on our community. These community partners will include representatives from development sectors, community non-profits and social service providers, arts and cultural organizations, the business community, property owners, and other important groups identified through collaboration with City staff and the Committee.

To facilitate these conversations, we will conduct interviews via telephone, web conference, or in-person meetings, scheduled for half-day or full-day sessions. The insights gathered from these discussions will be carefully summarized, shared with the public, and integrated into the planning process.

We will initiate outreach to community partnerships early in the process, beginning with City staff across key departments, to collaboratively develop a comprehensive understanding of the City's strengths, weaknesses, existing issues, and potential opportunities.
